How do I Place an Order?
Click on the network on the home screen
Choose the associated bundle that matches your needs and budget
Fill the form with correct beneficiary number - this is the number that will receive the data
Double check the number is correct before proceeding
Apply coupon if you have one to get a discount
Select your preferred payment method (Mobile Money, Card, etc)
Then proceed to payment as an OTP will be sent to you for confirmation
Once payment is confirmed, the data bundle will be loaded automatically
You can check order status anytime using the Check Status feature
For any issues, contact our support team via WhatsApp
How do Send a Complaint?
Click on the "Check Status" button in the navigation bar
Enter the beneficiary phone number that received the data bundle
Optionally enter the date of purchase to filter results
Click "Search Orders" to view your last 5 orders
Send Complaint if all the following are true:
Your Order Status is "Completed"
Your payment status is "Completed"
Time placed between orders should be at least 3 hours
Find your order and either:
Copy the Order ID, or
Download the invoice by clicking "Download Invoice"
Send the Order ID or invoice to our whatsapp customer care line at 0256537252
Our support team will assist you with your complaint
