  • Click on the network on the home screen
  • Choose the associated bundle that matches your needs and budget
  • Fill the form with correct beneficiary number - this is the number that will receive the data
  • Double check the number is correct before proceeding
  • Apply coupon if you have one to get a discount
  • Select your preferred payment method (Mobile Money, Card, etc)
  • Then proceed to payment as an OTP will be sent to you for confirmation
  • Once payment is confirmed, the data bundle will be loaded automatically
  • You can check order status anytime using the Check Status feature
  • For any issues, contact our support team via WhatsApp
  • Click on the "Check Status" button in the navigation bar
  • Enter the beneficiary phone number that received the data bundle
  • Optionally enter the date of purchase to filter results
  • Click "Search Orders" to view your last 5 orders
  • Send Complaint if all the following are true:
    • Your Order Status is "Completed"
    • Your payment status is "Completed"
    • Time placed between orders should be at least 3 hours
  • Find your order and either:
    • Copy the Order ID, or
    • Download the invoice by clicking "Download Invoice"
  • Send the Order ID or invoice to our whatsapp customer care line at 0256537252
  • Our support team will assist you with your complaint
  • Click on "Become an Agent" in the navigation menu
  • Registration fee is GH₵ 50
